Neblio is built to be a place where traders can connect and trade items.

To keep the platform fair and enjoyable for everyone, all users are expected to follow these guidelines. They apply to everything on Neblio including your profile, offers, messages, and trades.

By using Neblio, you agree to follow these rules and contribute to a respectful and trustworthy community.

Your Responsibility

Using Neblio means you are responsible for understanding and following these guidelines.

Not knowing the rules is not an excuse. You’re expected to stay informed and act responsibly when using the platform. If something feels questionable, it’s always better to avoid it.

These guidelines are not exhaustive. We may take action against behavior that goes against the spirit of fair and safe trading, even if it’s not explicitly listed.

How We Enforce Rules

When violations occur, our moderation team reviews reports and platform activity to determine the appropriate action.

Depending on severity, actions may include:

  • Permanent bans

Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the platform. All enforcement applies across Neblio, not just specific features.

Trade Honestly

Honest trading is the foundation of Neblio.

We have zero tolerance for deceptive practices. This includes:

  • Attempting to deceive or mislead users in trades.
  • Misrepresenting item values or trade details.
  • Using fake proofs or false information.
  • Trying to gain access to another user’s account.

If you engage in scams or dishonest behavior, your account will be permanently banned.

Avoid High-Risk Trades

Certain types of trades are inherently unsafe and are not supported on Neblio.

These include:

  • Cross-game trades (trading items across different games).
  • Trust-based or multi-step trades.
  • Unverified middleman services.
  • Trades involving real-world value (money, services, etc.).

If a trade requires trust beyond a normal exchange, it introduces unnecessary risk. Stick to straightforward trades whenever possible.

Use the Platform Properly

Neblio’s features are designed for trading, use them as intended.

Do not:

  • Spam offers, messages, or content.
  • Post fake or misleading trade offers or proofs.
  • Use bots or automation to manipulate visibility.

Your profile, listings, and activity should accurately reflect your actual trading behavior.

Account Integrity

Your account represents you, keep it secure and authentic.

  • Do not impersonate other users.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
  • Do not buy, sell, or share accounts.

Any attempt to bypass enforcement actions will result in further penalties.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter suspicious behavior or rule violations, report it through the appropriate tools on the platform.

When reporting:

  • Provide accurate details.
  • Include evidence if possible.
  • Do not misuse the reporting system.

Avoid engaging with or escalating situations, let moderation handle it.
